Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager, you will play an integral part in ensuring our customers’ success and satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with our clients, understand their unique needs, and proactively drive solutions that exceed their expectations. You will serve as the main point of contact for our customers and will collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities

Your Profile
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a commercial education with substantial professional experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- A genuine passion for helping customers succeed
- Business fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus
